Goal: Decrease Body Fat:

In order to achieve this goal, we will first evaluate your current eating habits, perceived barriers to proper nutrition and then educate you as to some of the modifications that we will make. This is a very common goal for those who seek help via a Personal Trainer and there are many factors to weigh (no pun intended) when deciding the best course of action to take. I have helped hundreds of people decrease their body weight and body fat percentage in my work as a Personal Trainer and I am excited about the prospect of helping even more people. Goal: Increase Fat Free Muscle Mass:

Quite possibly, the most overlooked goal of them all. To some degree EVERYONE is interested in increasing their lean muscle mass.  The difference is in what proportion the client considers these goals important. We will help you increase your lean muscle mass and in turn, raise your metabolic rate, energy levels and functional strength. Nutrition plays an integral role in weight gain, but we must first educate about the proper types of calories to maximize our lean gains and limit/eliminate fat gains.

Goal: Weight Management:

This is the least common of goals when Clients begin to work with a Personal Trainer.  However, this is a long term goal for those who begin training with the purpose of decreasing their overall body fat and total weight. This is also accomplished with careful attention to detail about past, present and future eating habits.
