On-Site Workplace Wellness: Lunch & Learn Consultation Series
The most comprehensive, time efficient and safest way to your
fitness goals. Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes long. Within the
1-hour session, clients will perform a warm-up, flexibility training,
resistance exercise, cardiovascular conditioning and core strengthening exercises.
Personal Training is $95 per hour and includes ALL of the "non-training" options that
follow. Session packages are typically purchased at 8, 12 and 24 session
increments, but other arrangements can be made with approval.
Other services such as 30-minute workouts and Partner Personal Training Packages
are also available.

Full Body Muscular Fitness Assessments

Essential to measuring the lasting impact of our training program
is setting baseline fitness levels AND monitoring progress on a regular basis.
These 30 minute sessions include assessments of muscular endurance, muscular
strength, dynamic flexibility, and functional strength.
Assessment
includes tests of:
- body composition (body fat percentage)
- target body measurements
- body mass index (BMI) and risk assessment
- dynamic and static flexibility
- upper body muscular strength and endurance
- lower body muscular strength and endurance
- core strength and endurance.
Assessments are $50. Additionally, we will discuss your current health/fitness according to your Assessment values and will be able to provide more detailed feedback of progress through your training program. Clients will receive copies of all materials and a comprehensive understanding of what the measurements mean to their health and wellbeing.
Personal Training Consultations
This informal 30 minute session is designed to learn what
services we can offer that will benefit you, the client. Clients come to us with many types of fitness goals. Some
are realistic and measurable, and others are not. It is our job to educate
EVERYONE WE CAN about these details. We will discuss how many sessions a client
will be expected to train to achieve their goals and what length of time should
be expected to make improvements in any number of their areas of concern.
This service is FREE OF CHARGE. A great way to hear about the

Fitness Consulting: "Trainer In Your Pocket"
This program is specifically designed for those who feel that the
Personal Training option may conflict with time and/or financial constraints.
This program requires a one time Full Body Assessment and a Personal Training
Consultation. We will use the Assessment figures along with the information
gained in your PT Consult to design 5 resistance and/or cardiovascular exercise
routines to be followed for up to 6 weeks. Additionally, nutritional
considerations will be made to maximize the results of the training program.
Lastly, receive unlimited access to expert answers to all of your training and
fitness questions via email or phone.
A Full Body Fitness Assessment
(see above for details and pricing) is required at the inception of the program
and then once every 6 weeks to maintain records of progress
and ensure adherence to the program.
This option can be continued for as
long as the client desires.
The "Trainer in Your Pocket" Option is
$200 for a 6-week custom designed program.
